Shipping Information
Order Processing Time
We process all orders within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is dispatched.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

Please note: We currently ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs processing in your country.
Shipping Restrictions
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of slippers that have been removed from their original packaging. Only unworn slippers in their original packaging are eligible for return.
Returns & Exchanges
At Schoenen Promotiewinkel, we strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you’re not entirely happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange it within 15 days of receipt.
Return Conditions
- Products must be in original condition: unworn, with all original packaging and tags attached
- Return requests must be submitted within 15 days of receiving your order
- You will receive credit or refund after we receive and inspect the returned product
- Hygiene Note: Slippers removed from original packaging cannot be returned for hygiene reasons

- Ship the product back to our address (don’t forget to include a tracking number)
- After receiving and inspecting the product, we’ll process your refund or send a replacement

Important: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product).
Refunds

Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product for a different model or size:
- Follow the same return process described above
- Clearly state in your email which product you would like to receive instead
- We will send the new product once we receive your return
Note: For exchanges to a more expensive product, you’ll need to pay the price difference. For exchanges to a cheaper product, you’ll receive a refund for the difference.
